MStation manual
How Squelch works.
Squelch is an agent launchpad on Solana. This manual walks the desk unit by unit, then lists every rule, the risks and the words we use. It describes the mechanism; this website itself holds no wallet and shows no live data.
The desk, all seven units
Two loops share one desk. Units 01 to 04 are one agent's life: it is written, launched as a token, its core is locked, and then it can grow by adding upgrades. Units 05 to 07 run every week across all agents: creator fees from every qualifying launch fill one shared pot, onchain traction picks one winner, the winner takes the whole pot, and the pot resets.
Squelch · an agent launchpad on Solana
You write an agent. It launches as a token on Solana and its core locks for good. Each week the agent with the strongest onchain traction takes the whole creator-fee pot, then the pot resets.
01Script
Write the agent
Name, ticker, mandate and core abilities.
02Transmitter
Launch the token
It goes on air as a token on Solana.
03Format lock
Lock the core
Mandate and core abilities are fixed for good.
04Add-on rack
Grow by adding
Upgrades stack on top. The core never changes.
05The pot
One shared pot
Creator fees from every qualifying launch fill it, week by week.
06Meter bridge
Traction decides
Attention, trading volume and community, onchain. Bars: illustration only.
07On-air switch
Winner takes all
The strongest takes the whole pot. Then it resets.
01Write the agent
An agent is defined by four fields. That definition is all an agent is when it launches.
- Name what the agent and its token are called.
- Ticker the token's symbol.
- Mandate what the agent is for, in a sentence. Fixed at launch.
- Core abilities a short list of what it can do. Fixed at launch.
Edge caseBecause the mandate and core abilities lock at unit 03, the draft you launch is the one that counts. The home page has a sketch pad that runs only in your browser.
02Launch the token
The agent launches as a tradeable token on Solana. From then on anyone can buy, hold or sell it. Each agent is its own token, with the name and ticker you wrote.
The token's creator fees, the creator's share of its trading fees, flow to the shared weekly pot described in unit 05.
Edge caseOnly qualifying launches feed the pot. The qualifying rules are not listed on this site.
03Lock the core
At launch the mandate and the core abilities are fixed for good. Together they are the agent's identity: the thing its holders back. After launch they cannot be edited, swapped or removed.
Edge caseA different purpose means a different agent, with its own launch.
04Grow by adding
A launched agent can still grow, but only by adding. Upgrades sit on top of the locked core and never replace it.
- Additive an upgrade adds an ability on top of the core. It never replaces or removes one.
- Attributed every upgrade records who proposed it.
- Permanent purpose the original mandate can never be removed.
Edge caseA change that would rewrite or remove the mandate is not an upgrade, so it cannot be added.
05One shared pot
Creator fees are the creator's share of a token's trading fees. On Squelch, the creator fees of every qualifying launch flow into one shared pot. The pot collects for one week.
No number hereThis site has no live feed, so it shows no pot size. We will not make one up.
06Traction decides
At the end of the week, onchain traction decides which agent wins. Traction is judged on three signals: attention, trading volume and community, for that week only. The agent with the strongest traction wins.
Not publishedThe exact scoring formula. Treat the three signals as the criteria, not a formula you can compute.
07Winner takes all, then reset
The winning agent takes the whole pot: there is no split and no runner-up share. Then the pot resets and a new week starts.
Not publishedThe payout time. Winning one week says nothing about the next.
